Manasvi AI - All in one assist ("we", "our", "us") is a personal productivity app that helps you organize tasks, notes, diary entries, schedules, activity logs, sketches, expenses, period logs, diet logs, and exercise logs. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Account information: name, email, and profile details you provide.
• App content: entries you create (tasks, notes, diary, schedules, logs, sketches, expenses, period, diet, exercise, attachments). Content stays on-device by default.
• Health and fitness data (optional): period cycle details, symptoms, nutrition logs, and exercise logs you enter.
• Cloud data (optional): if you enable cloud sync, we back up only collaboration (group) content to Firebase. Private entries stay on-device unless you export them manually (local storage/Drive).
• Feedback submissions: messages and attachments you send via the feedback feature.
• Device and ad identifiers: advertising ID and basic device signals used by AdMob for ad delivery and measurement.
• Location (optional): only if you choose to log activity location or enable location-based reminders.

How We Use Data

• Provide core features (create, edit, search, reminders, exports).
• Sync and collaboration (when enabled).
• Support and troubleshooting (feedback and diagnostics).
• Serve and measure ads (AdMob).
• Security and fraud prevention.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app:

• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions) for accounts and optional sync/collaboration.
• AdMob for advertising delivery and reporting.

Data Retention

We keep data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can remove local data from the app. To delete your account and cloud data, use Settings → Delete account.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices and Firebase security rules to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your device protected.

Your Choices

• Use the app without cloud sync (local-only mode); private content stays on-device unless you export it.
• Control permissions (storage, notifications, location).
• Sign out at any time from the sidebar profile menu.

Children's Privacy

Manasvi AI - All in one assist is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
